Faces & Videos of Arthritis

Each year we encourage our participants to submit pictures and videos of their friends, co-workers, and family members who deal with the daily effects of arthritis. This is important in helping us raise awareness about arthritis because it personalizes the disease by putting a face to it. So please send us your pictures and videos! (scoll to the bottom for instructions)

You can send the pictures and videos to: AW Pictures & Videos, Arthritis Foundation, 17155 Newhope St, Suite A, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. If you prefer, you can also email them electronically to: ddaugherty@arthritis.org. If you have a video uploaded to a service like Youtube, just send us the link and we'll link to it here. Which ever way you decide to get us the pictures or videos, include your name, city, date and diagnosis type, a few words about yourself, and let us know if you need the pictures or video's back.
